Structural & Core Construction

ALDesign Structures builds reinforced-concrete and steel structures with strict control of sequencing, tolerances and load performance, for projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

What this means on site

How it is delivered.

The structural frame is the one element of a building that cannot be adjusted later. Tolerance drift that would be trivial in a finish becomes a facade problem, a lift-shaft problem, or a load problem.

Control here is procedural: pour sequencing planned against the programme, formwork and reinforcement inspected before every pour, and survey verification at each level rather than at completion.

Scope

What is included.

  • Reinforced-concrete substructure and superstructure
  • Structural steel fabrication coordination and erection
  • Formwork, reinforcement and pour sequencing
  • Survey control and tolerance verification
  • Concrete testing and structural inspections
  • Coordination with the structural engineer of record

Delivery models: Lump Sum, Design–Build, EPC-light. Interfaces: PMCs, client-direct, joint ventures.

Common questions

Asked before we start.

Are both concrete and steel structures delivered?

Yes. Reinforced-concrete and steel structures, and the hybrid schemes that combine them.

Who carries structural design responsibility?

The structural engineer of record. ALDesign Structures' design involvement is limited to buildability and coordination — the live site states this scope limit and it is not exceeded.
