Who we are

ALDesign Group is a brand shared by four companies. Each company is responsible for the messages sent to it: ALDesign Studio, TAO Wayfinding and WOOMET, in Cairo, Egypt; and ALDesign Structures, a Saudi limited liability company in Riyadh, with an office in Cairo.

What we receive

This site has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We receive only what you choose to send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, usually your name, your contact details and your message. Our host keeps standard server access logs.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and to discuss the project you ask about.

Where it is stored

Our website and company mailboxes are hosted by hosting.com on a server in the Netherlands. Our company mailboxes are forwarded to Gmail, a service of Google LLC in the United States, so your message may be stored outside Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to reply to you and to follow up a project.

Other services

Google Maps loads only when you choose to show a map. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. WhatsApp is a Meta service. If you message us there, WhatsApp's own terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email info@aldesignstudio.org; we reply within 30 days.
