ALDesign Structures works as principal contractor on building projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, taking full responsibility for execution, coordination and delivery from site readiness through to handover.
What this means on site
Principal contracting means one party carries the schedule, the budget, the quality and the safety record. Not a coordinator between trades — the party that answers for the outcome.
In practice that is consistent on-site leadership rather than a rotating cast, a single point of contact for the client or the PMC, and one programme that every subcontractor works to.

Does ALDesign Structures work as a main contractor or only on fit-out?
Both. The company delivers full construction packages as principal contractor and also works as a specialist fit-out contractor within a larger scheme. Of 20 published projects, roles are split between construction, fit-out and design-and-fit-out.
