Project Management & Handover

ALDesign Structures provides full-lifecycle oversight of timelines, budgets and quality through to a smooth, fully operational handover, following a published three-stage methodology: pre-construction, construction, then testing and handover.

What this means on site

How it is delivered.

The published methodology is three phases. Pre-construction: planning, coordination, mobilisation, approvals and scheduling. Construction: civil, structural, MEP and architectural works under continuous quality and safety control. Testing and handover: testing, commissioning, approvals and handover documentation.

Handover is treated as a phase with its own duration and deliverables, not as the day the last trade leaves. That is the difference between a building that is finished and a building that is operational.
