Design–Build Support
ALDesign Structures offers single-point, construction-led design–build delivery, where one party carries both the design coordination and the execution, with clear documentation and controlled close-out.

How it is delivered.
Design–build removes the interface between the designer and the builder, which is where most claims and most delay originate. The trade is a degree of design freedom for a degree of cost and schedule certainty.
It suits clients who value a fixed outcome over an iterative process, and it works badly where the brief is still moving. Being honest about which situation applies is part of the service.
