A 28,600 m² mixed-use compound in Nahtay City, AlGharbya, bringing together commercial areas (a mall), a social club and a residential community. A neoclassical clubhouse with a colonnaded forecourt anchors the entrance, while residential towers and villas sit among landscaped courts and pools.
